What we collect

To provide the service we store your registration email, subscription and payment status, plus anonymous connection statistics used for troubleshooting, such as whether a connection succeeded and which app version you run.

What we do not collect

We do not log the sites you visit, destination IPs, DNS queries or the contents of your traffic.

How information is used

Data is used for account management, billing, reliability work and abuse prevention. It is never used for advertising profiles.

Sharing

Apart from the minimum required by payment processors, we do not sell or rent personal information. Where the law requires disclosure, we can only provide the limited data we actually hold.

Retention and deletion

Account records are kept for the subscription period plus any financial retention required by law. You may request deletion at any time by email.
